 To awaken the palate in gustatory discovery and orchestrate culinary encounters between the public and chefs from all over France: these are the two main conceptual ideas of DECADES GASTRONOMIQUES. Not to be missed at Le Puits Saint Jacques.
 Jacques et Laurent Pourcel (Montpellier), Michel Portos (Bouliac), Gilles Goujon (FONTJONCOUSE Aude ).. and many other chefs have been involved in this exchange of culinary secrets, which, for 7 years have incited both culinary and regional travel.
 Coming events : Flora Mikula from November 15 to December 4, 2006 and Régis et Jacques Marcon, 3 stars in the Michelin guide, December 5 through 20, 2006.
 At the Puits Saint Jacques, as with the seasons, the dishes follow one another without resembling one another. For connoisseurs and amateurs of rare foods, Bernard Bach invites you to discover the TRUFFLE MENU in season.

 New Year’s festivities are a feast and an occasion to bring the whole family together to discover the special holiday menu. The restaurant will be open the 24th, 25th and 31st of December, and the 1st of January for lunch.
 During the holiday period a take out menu is available so that you may enjoy the special holiday menu at home !!
